How We're Paid

Always Free to Your Family

We help families find the right senior living community for their loved one, at no cost to you. We are compensated by the communities when a placement is made, never by the families we serve.

Every family's situation is unique, and there is no single "best" community for everyone. We take the time to understand your loved one's health, lifestyle, and budget before recommending any community.

Independent & Social Living

55+ Active Adult Communities

A low-maintenance, social lifestyle built around clubhouses, fitness centers, and pools. These communities are designed for independent seniors who want less home upkeep and more time for the things they enjoy.

  • No dining plans or assisted-living services included
  • Social calendars, clubs, and group activities
  • Best fit for fully independent seniors

All Levels of Care, One Campus

Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC)

CCRCs offer every level of care in one place, from independent living through assisted living and skilled nursing. Families often choose a CCRC so their loved one can move between levels of care without having to relocate again later.

  • Independent living through skilled nursing, on one campus
  • Reduces the need for future moves as care needs change
  • Often includes dining, housekeeping, and wellness programs

Staying Right at Home

Aging in Place

For families who decide that staying home is the best fit, we help coordinate home modifications and in-home care options so your loved one can remain comfortable and safe where they already are.

  • Home safety modifications (grab bars, ramps, lighting)
  • In-home care provider referrals
  • Ongoing check-ins as needs change over time
